One bedroom, Portswood, open for the remainder of this academic year

I’m after someone to fill in for the remainder of my contract at a 6 bedroom house on Tennyson Road, near Portswood high street, anytime from 1 April 2022 and ending 30 June 2022. Its about a 5 min walk to Sainsbury’s, and <10mins to Highfield Campus via Unilink (U1). Rent is £370/month +£26 bills (including WiFi), or approximately £92.40/week total - an amazing price for actually a really great property! The bedroom available is on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The house has two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and lounge with a TV, a garden with bike storage, and all essential utilities. The other 5 housemates (1 male, 4 female) are all currently 2nd year undergraduates, but are super friendly and would welcome someone in any year of their course.
