URGENT - Looking for one person to move in for next year. £519.88 per month including utilities

We are looking for someone to move in to our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story house, There are two guys and one girl currently who will all be third years once you move in. There is a spacious kitchen + common area with and a small patio behind the house We are next to Aldi and right next to the U1 and U2 bus route. We need to find a person quickly so that we can resign the contract for next year, Preferably a girl so that we can keep the balance
