Need a room as a postgraduate

Hi there, My name is Yesh (M20) and I'm a Postgraduate student doing Racecar Aerodynamics this year in September, and Unluckily due to the lateness of my offer from the uni I wasn't able to get a spot at student halls..... Hence here I am :) Overall I'm happy with any house at this point as long as the rent isn't gonna eat me alive, it's not too far from Highfield campus and that I can have space for parking my car and a desk in my room so I can do work. Overall I'm a pretty outgoing person but I do enjoy staying home (and I would love to help in cleaning and doing work around the house if needed). P.S I have a PS3 with PS2 compatibility so if you like split screen multiplayer games like in the old days, I could be the ideal roommate ;)
