looking for someone to take my room

located on sirdar road, just 5 minutes away from highfield campus. Its a house of 7 including me (so 6 other flatmates), all flatmates are second years. Not noisy and very respectful. Room is on the first floor, It has got a double bed, table, wardrobe and has plenty of space. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen is large and plenty of space for 7 people. There is also a nice garden. Looking to move out ASAP so please get in touch. £420 for room and £68.88 for bills. Total = £488.88
