Room available for Semester 1!

I have a Semester abroad during Semester one, so my room will be available from September to January. The house is on Avenue Road, close to Portswood and about a 25 min walk to campus. Rent is £560.00 per month with bills included. You'd be living with one girl and two boys (all in 3rd year). They're all really friendly and sociable, and they will keep the place nice and tidy.
