Replacement housemate needed

House of 9 on Gordon Avenue, Portsmouth. Currently 8 housemates looking for 1 replacement tenet (all going into second year). House has 8 bathrooms and move in won't be possible till mid September. 20 minute walk from Highfield, 10 minute walk from Lidl and Portswood road is just at the end of the road no more than 5 minutes away. Bills included £148 a week but will pay significantly reduced rent from July till mid September
