Hampton square, gold room

Hi, i am looking for someone to replace me for my accommodation for next year in Hampton Square. It’s a gold en suite room, double bed, £234 per week (£11,934.00 annually). 10 minute walk to Highfield campus, 25 minute bus ride (Bus stop infront of the accommodation) to city centre. The accommodation includes a common area, study rooms, gym, TV area, private kitchens, meeting rooms and an outdoor courtyard. Please let me know if interested, Thank you.
