Housemate needed for a 5 bed house on Woodside Road in Portswood, as current housemate is dropping out to do an internship. Bedroom is the sole room on the second floor of the house (2 bathrooms). Rent is £411.66 per month Bills are £94.89 per month (water, energy, Wi-Fi) We are a quiet house of 3rd year students, all doing different degrees. Looking for someone with similar vibes to join us in September.
