One double room available, total 5 bedroom house. 4 male occupants at present. No preference on gender of new tenant. Rent is £300 per month and utilities are just under £105 per month (includes gas, electricity and WiFi). Bills are fixed rate so no arguments over usage between housemates. Located in Harefield Road, so close to Highfield campus. House has a fairly large garden with patio and a small shed. Apple tree and plum tree so free fruit through late summer too. One toilet downstairs, plus one bathroom with toilet upstairs. Good water pressure! I have left uni and therefore am no longer in need of the room.
