Housemate needed

Hi there, we are a group of 4 boys looking for a housemate after our 5th dropped out. We will be moving in at the start of July and will be located on The Avenue, has 2 bathrooms, is close to town and have bus stops nearby connecting us to the U1 and U2 routes. We are all studying different courses and our mostly outgoing people who enjoy a good night out or a chill evening. Being tidy is also a must.
