Hey there! I`m looking for someone to take over my en-suite tenancy at `Mercury Point` (Postcode SO14 3ET) starting from the end of January to June. It's a quick 10-minute walk to the city centre where there are shopping mall, food shops and easy bus access to Highfield. You'll be sharing the flat that is located in Block C on the 4th floor with five fantastic flat mates, three in their second year, and one in their third year (plus one unoccupied room), and trust me, they're amazing, very kind, very clean and an easy-going group that I've lived with for two years. Your spacious room features a comfy small double bed, plenty of storage, and a roomy desk with multiple sockets and a nice size en-suite with amazing water pressure. Even better, it includes great Wi-Fi and all bills like infinite heating, electricity, and hot water, all for just £796.11 per month. The accommodation also has a laundry room, a reception with night guards, a bike storage, and a small co-op round the side.
