Rent is due monthly at £498.33 (bills included), and the Tenancy Term ends on 17 July 2024. Your housemates would be three female 3rd year engineering students - they're all really friendly and neat. The flat is contemporary in style. Local amenities include a Uni-Link bus close by, as well leisure and sport facilities. Shared outdoor space is available for use by tenants and cycle storage.
