One person needed for a 6 bedroom house 2024/2025

Hi there, we're a group of 5 guys, all in second year, looking for a 6th person to join our house for the academic year 2024/2025, beginning late june 2024. The house is located in the Portswood area, and is approximately a 15 minute walk from campus, with bus stops directly outside the house. The house is recently refurbished, fully furnished, all rooms have double beds, and are very spacious, with 2 shared bathrooms. Rent, including bills, is approximately £130 pppw. We're a very relaxed and chilled group, who get along very well, and keep the house clean, and have frequent movie and game nights, so if that sounds like your sort of thing, please feel free to shoot me a message for more information :)
