Hi! My friend and I have a room available in our 3-bed house on Portswood Road. We are 2 marine biology students going into our 4th year, we're relaxed and enjoy staying in but also like going to the pub for a drink. We'd prefer another female tenant going into their 3rd or 4th year. The house has a clean and modern interior, furnished, bedrooms are big and a private garden. Great location too, close to Waitrose and Iceland and less than 2 minutes from a bus stop. Rent is £116 per week (bills included). Deposit is only £175 per person :) Tenancy starts from 1/7/22.
