Looking For a Replacement Housemate

Hello! We are group of 4 students in 3rd year (4 guys), looking for a 5th housemate after one of us had to leave. We're already in the house so we're looking for a replacement ASAP. The rent is £95.35ppw (NOT including bills unfortunately) and the house is near Portswood.
