URGENT! Looking for 1 girl for mixed house.

We’re 2 guys and 1 girl, all first years going into second year, looking for another girl to join our house for the 2026/27 academic year. The house is in the Polygon area, modern, and has a really nice garden. Rent is £632.24 per month. We’re friendly, tidy, and sociable, and we’d love to find someone who’d fit in well with the house. We’d be happy to either have a quick call or meet up beforehand so everyone can get to know each other. We’re looking to sort this urgently, so ideally we’d need someone ready to sign fairly soon.
