Looking for replacement tenant in 4 bedroom house

Hi, I am looking for someone to take my room (upstairs, at the back) in a 4 bedroom house located in Broadlands Road. The contract started on 01/07/2022 and ends on 30/06/2023, so is readily available. It is a double room with a desk, shelves and a wardrobe. Facilities include an upstairs bathroom with shower, downstairs lounge with sofa and dining area, large open plan kitchen, medium sized garden and garage. Highfield campus is a 20 min walk away, with bus stops, shops, and pubs all ~15 min away. Rent is £400 per month, incl bills. Current tenants are all friendly, sociable and tidy and are 3 guys who are all going into fourth year. Please message if interested!
