Looking for a takeover (Give summer time for free)

I had a contract with Vincet Place (in city centre) for Sep 2024 to Aug 2025. It is the cheapest ensuite in that building (Second Floor), and the contract price for now is 229 per week. I'm looking for someone to take over my contract in urgency. I've been in this student accommodation for 2 years. It is good in each point, location, equipment, service... the only thing is I cannot afford this contract anymore due to some personal reasons. This contract starts from September, but if you take over my contract, I will personally give this room to you for free (from now to september), which means you don't have to shift when you finish the presessional course. You are going to share the kitchen with 5 other students, some of them are undergraduates and will live for another acdemic year. We had great memories and they are all fridendly. They came back for the summer vacation, so you will own the whole suite for the summer. The kitchen is very big and contains two sets of kitchen equipment, all the bills are included.
