Lovely double room to rent, 10 minute walk from campus

We have a lovely double room to rent in a 4 bedroom house situated a 10 minute walk from Highfield campus on Broadlands Road. We are looking for a female, non-smoker and aged between 18 and 25. We are 3 x 2nd year students aged 20, 2 are doing nursing and 1 is doing politics and international relations. Therefore we would need someone to respect quiet and we would say no to house parties and no large social gatherings. We are friendly and keep the house relatively tidy so the new housemate would have to respect this also. The bedroom is upstairs and is a lovely double room, including a wardrobe, bookshelf, double bed, sink, mirrors, desk and a chair, our previous housemate has left her printer which our new housemate is free to take. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and sink and the other with a toilet, sink and shower/bath. There is a communal living room/kitchen. The rent is £370 pcm and is payable directly to abbots Langley estate agents and bills are £80.39 payable to UNIHOMES. The house is available from now until 30th June and would need someone to fulfil the tenancy until then.
