Hi, we are looking for someone to move into our flat as soon as possible. It is a large double room in a very spacious flat with an open plan living room/ kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We are very centrally located on Portswood Road, near to all the shops and cafes- everything is within walking distance. It is also only a 15 minute walk to both Highfield and Avenue campus. The rent is £377 a month and the tenancy runs until 30th June 2023. The housemates currently include 2 girls and 1 boy, all 19 years old. Please message for photos or to arrange a viewing :)
