Hi! we are 3 girls and 1 guy looking for two housemates. We are all clean, respectful and want to create a house with a really nice environment :) We are all going into third year next year and study biology, medicine, computer science and mechanical engineering. The house is really nice with a large kitchen/living room space, and two bathrooms. Please feel free to message me and I will happily answer any questions! Tenancy starts on the 1st of july and rent is £485 per month (about £122 per week) with bills not included.
