Heya! Due to personal reasons, I've had to drop out of my tenancy for next year (2025-2026) and am looking for someone to take my place. You'd be living with 4 really lovely students—three girls and one guy, mostly 2nd year and one 3rd year. Renting through Century21, and the tenancy runs from 1st July 2025 to 28th June 2026. The rent is £435/month, excluding utilities which are estimated to be £23–25/week. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers! The house is well situated, being super close to a Lidl and Aldi, and and not far away from the Hobbit and other bars/clubs in the area, as well as being a 15/20 minute walk to Avenue campus from there and 20/25 minutes to Highfield.
