Housemate Needed For 2026 - 2027

Hi, we're 3 2nd year guys, who are looking for one housemate for next year. The house is in portswood, 20 min walk to campus, rent is £450 a month not including bills. You’ll have the largest room in the house - front-facing upstairs room - and the house itself has two bathrooms, a cosy living room, and a landlord who’s very helpful and responsive. We are 2 aero eng students and one maths & comp sci student, we have a fair amount of contact hours so we spend alot of time on campus, but we find still time to hang out.
