First year A&F student — need a room or takeover for September

Hi, I'm a first year starting Accounting and Finance at Southampton this September and I'm looking for a room from around 11 September. Ideally an en-suite or a house with enough bathrooms that it isn't a queue, but I'm flexible if the place is right. Budget up to about £190 a week including bills. Happy to take over an existing tenancy in halls or a private house, or to join a house that still has a room free. About me: 18, male, tidy and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean and I'm respectful about noise, but I'm sociable and happy to be part of a house that does things together. I run a small business alongside my studies so I'll be around and getting on with things rather than out every night — but I'm not antisocial either. No preference on gender mix or number of housemates. Message me if you've got a room or a contract you need filling — I can move quickly and there's nothing holding me up on my side.
