Looking for somebody to replace my tenancy (studio flat)

Hello, I am looking for somebody to replace my tenancy at Queensgate accommodation. Great location - close to WestQuay and town. Beautiful view as overlooks Queen’s Park. It is a studio flat with its own kitchen and bathroom and double bed. It will be available from now until the 13th of July so will be a good place to stay in the summer too. £182 p/w. Thank you.
