Second Year Student looking to do a room swap for somebody in a house

Hi there, I am a second year student (boy) looking for a room in a house close to Highfield preferably in Portswood (Avenue would also be good). I do not mind how many people I share with or the mix of boys and girls, I am clean, tidy (would prefer if the people in the house are too), social, considerate and love sports. I have a contract for a silver room in Homes for Students Green Wood Courts in Basset Green. A 41-week contract with a total price of £5,330 (£130 per week).
