Housemate wanted - Still need a room?

We are a house of 3, with 1 spare room. This room is decent size with a double bed, desk, storage etc.. The house has shared bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, living space, back garden and car parking. It is less than 5 min walk to Highfield campus (closest to chemistry), 10/15 min walk to Avenue and 15 min walk to Sainsburys/Portswood high street.
