Looking for one Flatmate for 2b1b / 2b2b

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate for next academic year. Ideally female who prefer the location of 25min walk distance to hospital and highfield campus. I'm a medic and very tidy and clean so would appreciate someone who's the same. The flat is £650pppm and bills should be about less than £100pppm based on time of the year.
