Looking for 3 housemates to share house in Highfield

Finally found the perfect house and am looking for 3 housemates to share it with :) It’s literally a minutes walk to Highfield campus and about 4 minutes to The Avenue (Think of the savings made on UniLink bus fares!!). Rent is £138 pppw without bills plus £10 a month for internet. I’m looking to share with friendly, tidy people who respect their surroundings.
