1 Room Available in House of 6 - Portswood - SEMESTER 1 ONLY!

Hi, I’m Sam. I am a Southampton student looking for someone to take my place in a house next year. I am going to be doing a semester abroad in America during the first semester of the coming academic year (2023/24) so my room is available from July – January. The house in on Gordon Avenue in Portswood (around 10-15 minutes’ walk to Highfield Campus) with close access to everything you may need in Portswood high street. Portswood is mainly populated by students since Clubs/bars (where most students go for a night out), coffee shops, grocery shops and regularly running bus stops are all within walking distance. The rent is £106 per week (not including bills). My housemate (who has also posted a similar advertisement on here too) is also going to America in S1. We’re both searching for people, so you won't be the only new resident in the house. The remaining housemates are all male engineering students of various disciplines moving into our 2nd and 3rd years of study.
