Hi! I am trying to find a girl to replace me at Green Wood Court from 7th September 2024 to August 30 2025 at Bassett Green Rd, Bassett, Southampton SO16 3QB. The total cost is £7,140.00 at £140 per week and I will donate the deposit of £149 to you. ABOUT THIS ROOM This cosy bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, sink and vanity unit and is within a seven-bedroom cluster flat, featuring a spacious and modern, shared living and kitchen area equipped with a cooker, combi microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. You will also have access to two toilets and a shower. The size of the bedroom is 10.5-11m². The room is advertised on its website 'Green Wood Court' with images and prices but I can offer it for less because I signed up earlier in the year and will donate my deposit to you.
