2 Replacement Housemates needed from the begining of july!

Hi, I have both of my current housemates leaving at the end of the summer term and am seeking replacements! I have a house in lower bevois valley about a 10/15 minute ride on the bus to highfield campus, and very close (~5 minute walk) to all the clubs!! it has a living room, galley kitchen and a dining area, along with a four-piece bathroom. Both rooms were redecorated and furnished at the start of last year so very fresh furniture. Rent is 175 p/w, working out to approx. 700pcm (depends on the length of the month of course!) 900mbps internet, water, gas/electric are included in that figure, however depending on useage a small additional payment may be needed to make up bills shortfall (eg. if gas/electric tarriffs change, more gas/electric is used that accounted for etc.) I am currently a second year aero engineer and will be going into my third year.
