Spare room in Highfield area: Hi! We are three students living in the highfield area (SO17 1PA), two minutes walk away from Avenue Campus and 10 minutes away from Highfield campus and are looking for an additional person to join our house. We are a house of 1 girl and 2 guys - we have one student studying MA History, one PhD student and another working in the field of Archeology. The contract begins 1st July 2024 and ends 30th June 2025. Rent is £1380, or split between 4 people £345 PM. Bills are not included but are about £30 PM.
