URGENT: Looking for a two housemates for 2024/25 academic year - Langhorn Road.

We’re looking for people to fill the last two rooms of our 5-bed house on Langhorn Road, after two of our housemates leave for placements. The house is a 10 minute walk to Highfield campus and 15 minute walk to Portswood, with several bus stops very close. The house has 5 double bedrooms, with the largest one now vacated. We also have two bathrooms, a driveway and a garden in the property. The house was also redecorated and re-carpeted for us this year, so is very modern. This is for the 2024-25 academic year from around June 1st for 12 months. We currently have two boys and a girl and would love to have at least one more girl if possible. We are a chill house, we're all very clean and tidy and we like to spend time together. Rent will be around £110ppw with bills roughly £35 per month per person. Anyone is welcome.
