This room is a double bed, has a garden, car parking and 3 bathrooms. There are already 3 students living here, 2 in final year and another in second. Room is available for anyone, rent is £380 with an additional £40-£50 bills. 2-5 minute walk to Highfield campus (closest to Chemistry building), 10-15 minute walk to Sainsburys/Portswood Highstreet.
