Room Available next to Highfield, Preferably First year Students

We are 3 first year students(going into 2nd), two boys and a girl, looking for a 4th housemate. We are right by Highfield Campus (17 Roseland Gardens), rent is £385pcm (+bills). We are pretty chill and mostly enjoy sitting and drinking wine possibly with some tv. We can get a bit loud sometimes, but nothing too crazy.
