Room in a house

I'm looking for another housemate to join 2 of us in a house for the next year. I'm Alex, and I'm starting a PhD in September, and my other housemate is starting a master's. I'm friendly, sociable, and enjoy the outdoors, so would be keen to find someone like-minded, although open to others. The house is just over a 5-minute walk from Highfield campus and is spacious, with a lounge, conservatory, kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), a bathroom, and a downstairs toilet.
