121 Avenue Road, looking for 1 or 2 more housemates!

Hi my name is Luke and my group and I are looking ideally for 1 extra housemate possibly 2 if we can find one. We are two 2nd year Marketing students and one 2nd year Politics and IR student. The house is a 5 bed, two toilets, one bathroom (bath shower hybrid), it has a garden, furnished kitchen and a living room. Pictures of the property can be provided on request. We are quite social people but enjoy a good night in too! We will be going bills included, so for 4 ppl that would be £110pppw (440 a month) and the property is available from late June (22 or the 23rd). No initial deposit is needed but we do need to put a holding deposit down so be in contact if interested. The house is located just past the portswood waitrose so its about a 20-30min walk to highfield and is close to jesters, sobar and all the shops along the portswood high street.
