Postgraduate or Working Professional flatmate for 2 Bed non student property from the end of June 2023

I am a female MSc Student looking to live in a private rented two bedroom flat from June 2023 for a year. I will be finishing my MSc studies in September and will then be working full time within the area in my current part time role. I am looking for a potential flatmate who is preferably female and in a similar level of study or in full time employment. Looking for someone who is friendly and tidy and hopefully share my love for houseplants!
