Looking for a female housemate to a lovely 4-bedroom house on Northcote Rd

Hi, we are 3 girls currently looking for a fourth girl to fill up the last bedroom in our house. We are all very clean and tidy and have a nice atmosphere in the house. The room would be free from sepetember, so there would be no need to pay for the summer months rent. The house is a nice 10 min walk from campus and a 5-10 min walk from Sainsubrys. We have two car permits and one of them would be available for use.
