Looking for 3 people to fill a 5 person house (contract from July 2023- September 2024).

We have a 5-person house 10 minutes from the main campus and have 3 double bedrooms to fill. All rooms are spacious with wardrobes, chest of drawers, double beds and bed-side tables provided. 2 shared bathrooms, a large lounge-kitchen-diner and garden space. The contract is from the start of July 2023 until the end of September 2024 as we are doing an Mres that is 12 months long so students also doing a separate master's year would be most suitable.
