Looking for student to replace my tendency

Due to not continuing with university but have signed and placed a deposit on a house I am looking for an individual to replace my tendency. The house will be with two boys and two girls all are students 3-year, all are lovely and welcoming people, who are good at maintaining a student life balance of getting work done but still going out and enjoying themselves. This property is detached house in a very good location, is just outside of Portswood near city centre, close bus stops for uni link buses, 5min walk to lidl and walkable distance to city centre. All rooms are double beds, two bathrooms, living room with TV, kicthen/ dinner room, own large garden and permit parking. Please don't hesitate for more information! :)
