Looking for a housemate for a chill and friendly 4-person house on Thackeray road in Portswood. Currently one third-year student, a fourth year and a post-grad, all guys who are equally happy to socialise or stay in :) Rent is £437.50/month (bills excluded) and the deposit is £504.75. Tenancy starts on the 1st July. The house has toilet + a shower, washer + dryer and a nice sized living room and kitchen. 25 minute walk to both Highfield and Avenue campus. 10 minutes walk to both Sainsbury's and Aldi.
