URGENT need 1 housemate for all boys house

Hello, we are 4 second years looking for a 5th to join us, the house is 30 Tennyson road, Portswood. It has 2 bathrooms and 5 decently large rooms. It is a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury's. Rent and bills total is 470 per person per month. The holding deposit is 83 pounds and the security deposit + first month's rent is 760. Tenancy will start from 4th September and we can end contract with 2 months notice whenever we want. We are all tidy and clean and social housemates.
