Hi Everyone, We are looking for someone to be the 5th housemate in our house. We are four quiet and friendly guys studying STEM who will be in their 3rd/4th year in the upcoming academic year. The house is in easy walking distance of Highfield campus. The landlords have been really helpful. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a garden shed in which you can store a bike and the house is in very easy distance of a bus stop. There is a driveway with room for a 2nd car. The rent per month is £390, the bills per month should be under £109 a month (we'll go with the cheapest we can find) and a one-off deposit of £414.
