Hi! I’m looking for a replacement housemate to take my place in a double bedroom house of 8 bedrooms. Amazing location in Highfield, literally a stone’s throw away from Highfield campus. Less than a 5 minute walk to shops, grocery stores, takeaways and pub. A clean, bright and modern house with a lounge, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a front garden. Rent is £350 not including bills. A really nice, friendly and welcoming group of 2nd and 3rd year undergrads. There are 6 boys and 1 girl, studying physics, maths, geography, politics & IR, biomedical science and aerospace engineering. Tenancy starts August or September and ends in June 2023.
