Studying abroad next year and looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Hamwic Hall (£153/week, bills included)

I’ll be spending next year abroad as part of my degree, I’m looking for someone to take over my 44-week contract at Hamwic Hall from 12 September 2026 – 17 July 2027. 🏠 Hamwic Hall, Southampton City Centre 💷 £153 per week (all bills included) 📍 Just a 10-minute walk from Solent campuses and close to bus links Room details: ✔️ Ensuite room (private bathroom) ✔️ Small double bed ✔️ Shared kitchen and living space with 4–6 other students It’s a great location for students wanting to be close to campus and the city centre.
