Room available on 42 Shakespeare Avenue (HOUSEMATE NEEDED!!!!!)

We are a group of 4 students heading into our third year of university. We have a room available from july onwards, as our 5th housemate from this year is moving out of the house. The room is decently sized, and the kitchen is moderate. 2 bathrooms in the house. We are all friendly students, and very welcoming. We have a variety of interests and study various different courses. We'd ideally want someone of a similar age to everyone in the house (20 years or above) and to be able to help in keeping the house relatively tidy and clean. We'd also want someone who doesn't always go out, but is happy to go on a few nights out every so often. Rent per month is £441 per month (not including bills). LGBTQ+ friendly as well.
