I am urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the end of January 2026. Only £500 monthly, excluding bills. The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower, a spacious kitchen and a separate living area. 20-minute walk to Highfield campus. 5-minute walk to the bus stop. We are currently three girls, all friendly.
