Civil- Looking for final year housemates to get a house/ join a set group

Hi there, I am engineering student, looking for a group of like minded students going into their final year. I am very social so would get a long with anyone. I am also quite neat and tidy so would love my housemates to have the same ideals. A work hard play hard kinda person, so I am very keen on games night, group dinners and big nights out; occasionally. I am currently looking at a few options, but open to joining a set group.
